Rathbone HR Solutions was established by Polly Rathbone Ward in 2018, in order to provide practical, professional HR services to organisations.  

With qualifications in HR and Employment Law, Polly has over 20 years of experience working in HR in a variety of industries and a wealth of experience with all kinds of different HR situations.  

Polly is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and from 2013 – 2015 Polly enjoyed the role of Chairperson of the Bath and Wiltshire branch of the CIPD. 

Polly is passionate about HR and loves to find out about a client so that she can tailor HR solutions for particular situation and needs. Polly will provide expert HR knowledge and find a solution which works for your business.

Based in the city of Bath, Polly is ideally situated to work with clients right along the M4 Corridor, from Bristol to London.
