Wellbeing in the Workplace Workshop 6th November

HR publication People Management has reported today that three quarters of UK employers plan to incorporate wellbeing into their benefits strategies. The rise of wellbeing up the business agenda has been dramatic, with targeted initiatives proving to help boost workplace health, productivity and engagement and job satisfaction.

We’ll be delving into wellbeing in detail in our next HR workshop for employers on 6th November. We’ll be looking at how to identify the most common causes of absence, how to implement an employee wellbeing programme and how to create an environment where your employees can thrive. Rathbone HR on the radio waves!

It was an absolute honour to be invited onto Frome FM this week to speak about Rathbone HR consultancy and how employers can support employees, and in particular women, in the workplace. We covered topics including equality and diversity at work and the importance of employee mental health and wellbeing. Thank you for the opportunity to bring awareness of these important issues to a wider audience.

Managing Wellbeing in the Workplace - HR Workshop 6th November

There is a clear link between employee physical and mental health and their performance and engagement at work. A staggering 131.2 million working days were lost in the UK due to sickness absence in 2017 (Office for National Statistics). Rathbone HR is excited to be collaborating with Sari Vanska (Performance and Wellbeing Expert at Muutos) to bring you this brand new HR workshop Managing Wellbeing in the Workplace: An Essential Guide.

Come along to understand common causes of absence, learn practical insight to implement a wellbeing strategy within your business and learn health and wellbeing solutions to enable your employees to thrive.
